In this position the man will get a pleasing view of her buttocks and will do a lot less work. Since neither of the participants is looking at the other's face, they are free to close their eyes and fantasise. The woman will straddle the man's body on her knees, but facing his feet; optionally, she can squat over him, but that version is slightly more demanding on the female. The advantage for the female is deeper penetration and control.
